1.5lb ground round
1/2 can diced Rotel tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans Trappey's pinto beans (without jalapeno peppers)
1 can red beans
1 envelop taco seasoning mix
2 cans shoepeg corn
1 envelop ranch dressing seasoning mix

  1. Sauté ground meat until cooked.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.

Add a small amount of water for consistency. Does not need any additional seasoning. Stir often to prevent scorching. 7-8 servings.
