1 lb crawfish tails
Salt & pepper
2 eggs
Milk
Flour

  1. Beat eggs with a small quantity of milk and salt.
  2. Separately, season flour with salt and pepper.
  3. Season cleaned crawfish tails with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip each crawfish tail in egg mixture, then in flour mixture.
  5. Fry in hot fat.
